Hackintosh can't update in Big Sur 11.2.3 to Big Sur 11.4 OC 0.7.0

Hello guys, now i'm so happy because my Hackintosh has a notification for update Big Sur 11.4, but first i'm download the update until finish,and then i restart my Hackintosh. The Problem is why my Hackintosh just stuck like this?
anyone can help me for this problem?
