Getting iMessage (and Facetime) working on Hackintosh VM?

Hello.

I'm currently running macOS (High Sierra) on a virtual machine on Linux Manjaro. The GitHub project for the macOS virtual machine (macOS-simple-kvm) is linked below. When I signed into iMessage, it wouldn't work. (FYI, iCloud works. It's just iMessage and Facetime not working; I'd appreciate if there is any help to fix this)

Things I have tried so far:

• Changing the time/region
• Trying different Apple IDs
