Can’t boot into install media - kernel panic almost as soon as selecting MacOS

Hey guys. I’m trying to set up MacOS on my desktop for development, and can’t seem to get it working no matter what I try. OpenCore works just fine, I’ve done everything with regards to SSDTs and kexts exactly as the guide says, but every time, the system throws some kind of kernel panic when I try to boot to the 10.13 installer.

My system specs are as follows: - CPU: i7 7800X (3.5 GHz, 6C/12T, X299) - GPU: Asus GTX 1070 Dual OC - RAM: 24 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX @ 2400 MHz - Storage: 500 GB WD Black NVMe (boot drive) & 1 TB WD Black SATA III HDD (storage) - GIGABYTE X299 Aorus 7 Gaming motherboard

Don’t know if this matters, but I also have my CPU overclocked from 3.5 to 4.1 GHz
