UHD630 4k Support? Can't figure out [Dell Optiplex 3060 running OC w Big Sur 11.3]

Hey everyone, after searching I came across a couple of threads and posts about 4k support, but all of them are old and mostly referring to Clover or old Mavericks/Catalina builts, so they don't help me a lot. I'm struggling to get 4k support to work with my otherwise 100% smooth (incl. Handoff, Airdrop, Wifi, BT...) running Dell Optiplex 3060 MFF (8th Gen i5 with 630UHD iGPU Dell, DW1560 WiFi+BT). Whatever I do, I can't get Big Sur to feed out anything above 2560x1440 over DP or HDMI (both native ports), when my more or less equally spec'd 2018 MBP13 is recognizing the display correctly (then with additional TB->DP / USB-C->HDMI adapter) and able to run the screen at full 4k (3840x2160@60 via DP) support.

I tried with SwitchResX, and could get higher scaled resolutions, but the screens menu still mentions that the input is only 2560x1440@60, thus explaining the horrible IQ. Does anyone have an idea what I could still do, and how I might get/force the propper full res output?

One thing that I noticed as well as difference between the Dell and the MBPr is that on the MBPr I get the 'new view' for the resolutions, with the different scaling factors and preview, wheras on the Dell I get the old style field with the text list of resolutions.
