Trying to convert my old PC into a Hackintosh, are these specs supported?

Processor - i3 2130k @3.4ghz Motherboard - foxconn (not sure about the model) GPU - Nvidia GT620

I want to be able to run at least macOS 10.13 High Sierra. Will the Clover method work for me? I'm trying to follow the tutorial from 9to5mac.
