Is it even possible to hackintosh either of these computers?

First off, I doubt this first PC is even hackintoshable in the first place.

(TLDR: AMD Threadripper CPU, Turing GPU, PCI-E wifi card)

Second, I have a new Dell XPS 13 9310.

(11th Gen Intel i7-1185G7, Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650 + Bluetooth 5.1)

I heard this might not be possible, as the generation of Intel CPU present in this computer will never be in any Macs going forward.
