Intel Gen 9 vs 10/11 - any advantage or disadvantage?

I'm about to make a gen9 build with an i7 9700K + ASUS B365M-A motherboard

But I could swap those for a gen11 i5 11600K or i7 11700K + Asus Z-590P mobo and it's about the same cost. Close enough anyway.

Any advantage/disadvantage?

I don't mind getting the reliable i7-9700K setup if there is no disadvantage for doing so, but I do want to make sure before I go all in.
