[HELP] Razer Blade 15 (2020) BIOS v1.06 Fail to flash BIOS

my spec:

Razer Blade 15 2020, 4k panel

Ram: 16

BIOS:v1.06

SMBIOS version :3.2

Embedded Controller Version:1.00

BIOS mode: UEFI

I have prepared everything except, i failed to flash bios as per attached. I read a lots of guide out there but none of them mentioned how to solved this issue... I was on BIOSv1.04 and updated to 1.06.

Some say i need a hardware programmer to procced, but seems not all of the guide say it is necessary, neither can i find any guide in unlocking bios....

I purchased this laptop just to Hackintosh, anyone can lend me a hand?
