Getting SMC Fan control with AMD ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 5 ITX/TB3 to work

I have SMCAMDProcessor 0.66 and see the fan RPM, however no control over the fans. Are there any SSDTs I can compile, or someone has made, to enable fan control for this board?

SMC Fan control worked with MSI B450 before upgrading.
