I was recently finishing up my installation to make my PC into an hackintosh, but whatever I tried to get the internet up and working with the ethernet cable via the kexts of "AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext" I couldn't get it to work. It kept saying "To install MAC OSX BIG SUR you need internet connection" on the installation screen of the Mac after I booted into with a USB. My current network adapter is the "Killer E2600 Gigabit Ethernet Controller", I'm not sure if I'm on the wrong .kext for the ethernet because I also read that the E2500 series of my ethernet adapter was using the realtek driver. Is it the same for the E2600? Btw I have an G5 5000 dell prebuilt pc. Please let me know!
