Dualboot Windows 10 and macOS Big Sur (Windows already installed)

Hello r/hackintosh,

I've been out of the Hackintosh game for a while, wanted to Hackintosh my new main pc, and was wondering if it was possible to install macOS Big Sur on another drive using OpenCore when I already have Windows installed on my main M.2 SSD.

My specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X

Mobo: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB (2x8) 3600MHz CL16

GPU: MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT GAMING X
