Big sur installation error Sleeping states S3 S4 S5

Hello my pc specifications are

PC: DELL OPTIPLEX 990 MD

MOTHERBOARD: DELL 06D7TR

GPU: MSI GTX 770 2GB

RAM:16GB ddr3 1333mhz

CPU:I5 2500 SANDY BRIDGE

HDD: 250GB

I try to install macOS Big Sur following the dortania guide but after a few seconds loading the registry says sleping state S3 S4 S5 and there it gets stuck
