Will my GPU and CPU work on macOS Big Sur?

Hi, I have my Asus X550cc laptop with intel core i5-3337u CPU and Nvidia GeForce GT 720m. Will macOS Big Sur work on it? I have MacBook Air from 2013, but I want to make some fun project using my Asus. And what should I use: Clover or Opencore?
