Why my RX 5700xt doesn't perform nearly as good on Mac compared to Windows?

Hi guys!

So, I have a Hackintosh on Catalina super stable on OpenCore 0.6.5 but my GPU when gaming is kinda pathetic compared to it's performance on Windows. Is this a normal thing to happen on MacOS? even if bought an iMac Pro with the same configuration that I have now it would perform similarly?

Specs:

- Ryzen 7 3700x

- RAM 32gb on dual channel running on 3200 mhz

- RX5700xt 8gb
