[Success] Updated Directly to Big Sur on Gigabyte Z97-D3H

This EFI desktop configuration works for me, first of all I just need to fill in the SIMBIOS, I do it with clover configurator and I recommend iMac 19.1 or 19.2 from config.plist. I later change this EFI for the MACOS Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina I have installed MACOS Big Sur
(with clover 5126 and OpenCore)
