I have followed the Dortanias OC guide and have rebuilt an EFI file I recieved from another person only to have the boot hang up on "PCI Confiiguration End" and that's only after I entered the boot arg "npci=0x3000" I'm not sure what to do or what I'm doing wrong? The laptop that the efi file originally came from isn't the exact model as mine (mine is the 17.3" model and their model is the 15.6" model, but we have identical hardware and drivers (they have an i7 9300H and I have an i5-9300H) even with different CPU's dortania's guide has me pick the same SSDT and Kexts for my CPU (there both Coffee Lake Plus) So I'm sure it can't be the issue. I've almost given up at this point, but I won't do that. I have tried booting in Safe Mode "-x" and I have been troubleshooting for 3days straight from morning till night and even right now in the middle of the night. My Laptop is an Acer Nitro 5 specifically AN517-51-56YW. I'm burned out and any advice from some experts would be happily received. I've also tried the "npci=0x2000" boot arg. but with that one it hangs up in another spot in the verbose. I'm tired and I just want to get this figured out. Somebody help PLEASE!!!!
