question regarding an accessible way to install a hackingtosh not asking for help, curious ps i'm blind

this is not a post asking for help, just curiousity.

I am blind, and I use special screen reading software.

so here's my interesting question:

is it possible to make and run a hackingtosh with some type of speech?

e.g accessably?

apart from anything, learning how to use a mac would be greate for any jobs in the future.
