Planning on Hackintoshing my BFs old board and CPU

Hi there!

I'm planning on making a Hackintosh out of my BFs old board and CPU. The thing is I have no clue if this hardware is capable for it and what the maximum would be.

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K 3,4GHz
MB: Asus P8P67 WS Revolution rev 1.02
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 760 (of which I know would work but still)

If this hardware would work what could I run with it?
Would Catalina work, eventually even Big Sur? And what bootloader should I use: Clover or OpenCore, or something else all together?
