Microphone in Bluetooth headsets don't work in IntelBluetooth

I have an Intel AC9560, running with AirportItlwm and IntelBluetooth kexts. Audio devices pair and it recognizes the speakers, but not the mic. In some devices it recognizes the mic as well, but doesn't provide any sound input. Is this normal ? If no, can I fix this ?
