Looking for a cheap and good AMD / ATI GPU OOB

Right now I have a GT 710 displaying my 2 4k displays,

but it's reaching its limits.

Are there cheap, solid, and good GPUs from AMD / ATI that

support 2 x 4k displays? The most demanding tasks

are to display Logic Pro and watch YouTube videos.
