Is it better to install Opencore/Mac on internal SSD or NVME in a dual-boot system?

Hello friends,

Just wondering where to install Opencore if I'm also planning on installing Windows in my computer. I've had installs before where my Windows install (on an SSD) disappears (I get a blue screen/"OS is damaged" message) when I install Opencore in one of my NVME drives.

I've also done the opposite where I have Opencore already installed on an NVME and I couldn't install Windows error message during installation ("Can't install on this partition" message).

Is an NVME or SSD better? Or is there a process where I can successfully install both without Opencore moving/deleting? the Windows bootloader?
