Apparently where I was "stuck" I was just supposed to wait long. Now when I try to boot off of my USB, I would get to the blue screen where I select the USB, then instead of getting that little menu on the top left where you select MacOS, I just straight-up skip that and get sent back to the blue screen where I HAVE to boot with Windows.
I didn't change ANYTHING and I'm 100% sure that I put the right files back in the USB.
What could've happened???
