Help: Updating from Catalina to Big Sur kernel panic at boot into Mac OS install - Data

My HW specs are as follows

CPU: i5-4690K

MOBO: Asus h97i-plus

GPU: RX 580 8GB

​

Using simbios for an imac 15,1

Using clover 5132

The only kexts I'm using are as follows: AppleIntelE10000e, Lilu, virtualSMC, and WhateverGreen

The screencap on the last link matches with the panic I immediately get when booting into the install, I can boot back into Catalina with no issues, there is also a windows install on the same boot media as mac os for dual booting.

I'm at my wits ends here, any suggestions would be apricated
