[Help] STUCK at Forcing CS_RUNTIME for entitlement: com.apple.rootless.storage.AudioSettings

Hi. First time installer here and I have no clue why I can't get to the Mac recovery screen. All I know is after rechecking bios settings many times I can never get past the message at the bottom.
Trying to install: Big Sur
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming x570 plus
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU: Radeon RX 590
