Hackintosh Mojave stuck on 1024x768

Hi everyone,

I recently installed Hackintosh Mojave onto an HP ProBook. Since I installed it, the screen resolution has been stuck on 1024x768. I've tried a program called 'SwitchResX', but it just gave me an error message on startup. I know that I may have to install graphics kexts, but to be honest, I don't really know how.

If I could get some help, that would be great!
