Dual Boot: Stuck on EFI booting: MSI Trident AS 10TG-1271CA

Hello, everyone. I am currently trying to dual boot on separate hard drives to have windows 10 and MacOS BigSur.

My computer stats are as followed:

-- Intel i7-10700

-- Nvidia 3060ti

-- using open core 0.6.8

My current situation is i keep getting these errors:

If anyone can point me in the right direction or look over the files i have that would be great!!! and tell me where i am going wrong and what i must do to get this thing rolling.
