Dell Optiplex 3020 iMessage & Facetime not working

I've been having issues with this for weeks. I have a Dell Optiplex 3020 MT and running Big Sur perfectly with no issues except when it came to iMessage and Facetime,

Currently this is what I have tried:

Added MAC address Used iMessageDebugger Looked at billions of tutorials Changed my Serial Number and verified that it was not used

What is weird is that the App Store is working perfectly as if iMessage and Facetime is working.
