Catalina update 10.15.7

Every time I try to update to Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina update 10.15.7 it says I need to restart, so I restart then I go to update and I get the same message I need to restart, anyone any ideas
