Can anyone help me build an EFI for my system? I messed up last time so your help is very appreciated

I'm installing Big Sur. The guide i followed is from Dortania Hackintosh. I cant attach the aida64 reports for drivers, so i guess dming me on discord will let me attach the file. Im installing this on my hdd so the ssd nvme driver isnt important. My discord is Elon Musk#1234
