Booting from system backup question

Hi,

I'm pretty new to OpenCore.

I recently switched to OpenCore and during the post-install procedures I accidentally messed up my EFI folder.

Thankfully, I have a second internal Backup disk with a sane EFI folder/partition and full system clone.

In Clover, all I had to do was to select the Backup disk at boot. Here, in OpenCore, seems like selecting my Backup disk at boot is not enough. Seems like it's still using the EFI configuration from the main disk.

How can I tell OpenCore to use EFI from my Backup disk?
