So I really wanted to build my own pc to better understand how everything works, save money, and how to upgrade in the future. I spent a lot of time figuring out what I would need for my setup. I wanted a 30 series gpu but obviously that damn near impossible right now, so I went with a pre built. (I know, I know) I spent way more then I originally planned but at least I won’t have to wait much longer and I have a pretty good warranty. All I ordered was the actual desktop and wanted to see what other peripherals people suggested. Along with any other accessories you would highly recommend that I might not be thinking about.
In case it matters my setup is:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X GPU: GeForce RTX3070 8GB MOTHERBOARD: ASUS PRIME X570-P ATX MEMORY: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR4/3000MHz Dual Channel Memory (Crucial Ballistix Sport) HDD: 1TB WD Blue SN550 Series PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD HDD2: 2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 256MB Cache 7200RPM POWERSUPPLY: 750 Watts - Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 Series
I’m going to use a 4K/120hz oled tv as a monitor
