What best MacOSX for my laptop?

I have ASUS laptop. Core i5-8th Gen. With NVIDIA GEFORCE. What's best fit MaxOSX for my laptop? And where to get one?

Also, will it affect performance? As I already dual boot it with Linux.

Can anyone advise? I just want to try it on my laptop.
