Time is messed up

Hello hackintoshers, I have a system with a problem that annoys me the most. The time is all messed up when rebooting. I don't even boot into Windows but tried the RealTimeIsUniversal thing anyway but it does the same thing. I've followed the dortania guide and got the SSDT-RTC0 to fix it. Long answer short, it doesn't work. Any fixes anyone? Specs are below:-

Motherboard: Gigabyte H310M DS2 CPU: i3 8100 (Coffee lake) OC Version: 0.6.7 Release
