stuck at installing big sur [Memory Panic] OC 0.6.6

i get to this screen when trying to install mac os big sur:

• hp 8574 motherboard
• i7 9750h
• 16 gb ddr4
• 1660ti
• Keyboard: Standard PS/2 Keyboard
• Touchpad: Synaptics SMBus TouchPad
• Network card: Integrated 10/100/1000 GbE LAN11
