Strange wake issue on my X79 system

Hi. I'm writing down this post because I don't know what else I can do. I have strange wake issues. The system goes to sleep with no problem, but, once I try to wake it, it won't wake. If the hibernate mode is set to 0, the system goes into a sort of boot loop after waking it up (you can hear the CPU pump keep restarting). If the hibernate mode is set to 25 (so uses the SSD instead of the RAM), it wakes but gives a KP about a probably memory corruption and then restarts. I thought about a RAM failure but on Windows the sleep works fine and the memtest86 reported no errors.
Here are my specs:
- Motherboard: Gigabyte X79-UD3
- CPU: Intel Xeon E5 1650v2
- RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 2133MHz (2x8GB)
- GPU: XFX Radeon RX570 8GB

I would include my OC config but I can't add it to the post
