PC help, I have a budget of $1,500 for a Pc to be used mainly for games and streaming.

I am clueless on where to even begin. So any help would be greatly appreciated. PC would be used mainly for streaming and games online with friends. But would also want to use it like an everyday PC I could do homework on. Thank you guys for the help!
