Opencore hotkey to boot alternate option/second default at startup?

I have a dual-boot running OpenCore 0.6.6. As it currently stands, it boots directly to windows from OpenCore if I don't hold down Option to launch picker, I can access and boot from my macos partition by launching the picker.

Since in this config I would only want to launch the picker to boot to MacOS, (Windows boots if I don't hold Opt) I'm trying to figure out if I can use a hotkey at startup to launch a different boot entry from my default (windows), rather than having to go to the picker menu and select it there. So if I launch without holding the button, OpenCore goes to Windows, if I hold down the button while starting, OpenCore goes to MacOS.

Is a configuration like this possible?
