Need help fixing an issue with the hackintosh I built for my wife

Full disclosure this is only my second hackintosh and after building this one I am realizing I never really finished building the first one. For this build I have got Big Sur installed using OpenCore 0.6.5. It's running on an ASUS Z490-A mother board with a i9-10850K (Comet Lake) processor. I am not 100% sure what is causing the issue but basically when I minimize a program the screen freezes for a few seconds and I think the same issue can be seen playing around in Google Maps. The computer just can't handle zooming in and out or moving around on Google maps.

All this has me thinking that it is a iGPU issue (I am using the CPU for graphic processing) I tried to follow Dortania's Post install GPU Patching but changing these things actually just gave me a black screen, I tried adjusting my BIOS but that is completely new to me and I doubt I did that correctly. In my attempts to fix the graphics I changed the "Max CPU Graphics Ratio to "30" and then under "DIGI+ VRM" I basically maxed out all the CPU Graphics settings here, but I have no idea what those are, and actually now that I am typing this up I realized that when I changed the CPU settings under here it totally messed up my overclocking of the CPU (which was required to get the best out of this processor but there were lots of tutorials on that). WhateverGreen's general recommendation said to set the "Intel Processor Graphics Memory Allocation" to 58 MB for my processor but I could not find that setting in the ASUS BIOS to save my life, if you could point me in the right direction to try that setting that would be awesome!

So do you also think that the screen freeze issue is a GPU related problem, or do you think I need to be looking else where? And if it is a GPU problem, can you help me get the right setting in the ASUS BIOS? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

TL;DR: Having an issue where the screen will freeze for a few seconds when minimizing a window. I think I need to fix my GPU BIOS settings, looking for help getting those settings correct. Thanks!
