I used a GitHub repo for the EFI, since I was unable to boot using the ones I made myself. I also used AirportItlwm and IntelBluetoothFirmware kexts as those were not used in the EFI I downloaded and were required for my laptop. I also had to change the Misc>Security>SecureBootModel value to "Default" in my config.plist as some kexts weren't loading without it. Also, I disabled the boot chime because it woke up my mom :-)
As of now, I have Windows installed on a 128GB SSD in my laptop, and I partitioned my 1TB HDD into 3 parts and I intend to use them as follows:
Partition 1 (500GB) - Windows storage (can be used by Mac)
Partition 2 (250GB) - MacOS
Partition 3 (250GB) - Kali Linux
I plan to use Windows for gaming, macOS for work and GarageBand and Kali Linux for some casual penetration testing and creating backdoors for fun (for personal use, not harm intended)
I haven't yet installed Kali on the HDD but I'm very sure I will do it in the near future and set up a fully functioning triple-boot laptop.
