Kernel panic post install just before first boot to MacOS

I've been able to install MacOS 10.15.7. On the third reboot when MacOS is chosen and not the usb installer I get stuck on this Kernel Panic message (attached).

I've double checked my work in my plist and bios and can't figure out the fix.

Setup:

i9 10850k, Gigabyte Vision G, bios F8c,

OpenCore 0.6.7, MacOS Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina 10.15.7
