Is this a good configuration to run Big Sur?

To run Adobe software, I plan to upgrade my desktop computer to an AMD Ryzen platform.

Config list:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 3600

Mobo: 450 or 550

RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200

Graphics card: nVidia 1050ti or something you guys recommend under that budget

Kindly let me know which one is better to use for Big Sur?
