I need some sort of CPU throttling so my complete power draw doesn't exceed my UPS (specifically for Unreal Engine - that can at times max out both CPU and GPU at the same time, leading to excessive power draw and mad beeping from the UPS.
AMD Power Gadget by Trulyspinach has live user-adjustable CPU throttling - how can I do it on Intel CPU (10850k) Thanks!
