Hackintoshing in a Intel NUC8 (NUC8i5BEH) stuck at boot.

I have a Intel NUC8 and Im trying to install MacOS on it. I followed the OpenCore Install Guide - Dortania and I my config.plist file with OpenCore Sanity Checker. It did have some errors but I fixed them. When I boot I get a blank screen for 10 seconds and then it's replaced with some errors. After 5 seconds the errors disappear and a lot of text appears. I then it gets stuck at: SMCSuperIO ssio: @ not detected SuperIO, it gets stuck at that for about 20 seconds and a new line appears saying: apfs_module_start : 1279: load: com.apple.filesystem.apfs, v748.51.0, 748.77.8, (date). But what makes me think why this happens is because I see a group of ACPI errors. (mostly not found and error loading)
