“Could not communicate with server” iCloud login

I haven’t touched this account for a year but now is a good time

When I was trying to use iCloud the first time it showed “iCloud unsupported device” I fixed that but now I have another error😅 which would be “could not communicate with server” like in the title. I have seen fixes but I don’t understand a lot of the things they used and even if I did I wasn’t using the same thing to run a Mac on windows so there wasn’t a guarantee of it working can someone tell me a more simplified method or tell me if I’m using something wrong?

I’m using virtualbox with a Big Sur iso file if that helps
