can i use someone elses kexts/boot

i have the same laptop as this person on github and they uploaded their boot. what are the chances that this will work? it uses OpenCore and can be used for Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina & Big Sur
