Recently got Big Sur installed and working for the most part on my new build! Dual boot from OpenCore is working as well. Some issues with sleep/wake/screensaver and unsure about my USB layout and Power-management (Any help to resolve these issues is greatly appreciated)
Hardware:
CPU: i7 10700k
GPU: RX580
RAM: 32GB 3200Mhz Cosair
M.2 SSD: WD BLACK750 500 GB (Big Sur)
M.2 SSD: WD Blue 250GB (Windows 10)
Motherboard/Laptop Make and Model: Gigabyte z490 Vision D
Audio Codec: Realtek ALC1220-VB (Using a Focusrite Scarlett for main audio)
Wifi/BT Card: WTXUP fenvi T919 Wireless Card with BCM94360CD
Touchpad and touch display devices: N/A
Followed The Official Dortania Guide and SchmockLord Guide/EFI
Whats Working:
- Sidecar
- iMessage
- Handoff
- Bluetooth and Wifi
What Not working:
- Sleep/Wake (Still really struggling to figure this out)
- Not sure my USB ports are mapped 100% followed SchmockLords Guide and used his USB layout.
- Screen saver causes a kernel Panic and forces a restart.
- Can't identify if power-management is working or not.
- BIOS recognizes CPU OpenCore but it does not show in OSX
