Philippines. i heard that https://dynaquestpc.com/ is the cheapest in my country. if a particular part is not available on that merchant, then ill look for other source

motherboard: i think my motherboard depends on what is my processor, RAM, GPU

processor: AMD RYZEN 7 3700X 8 core/16 threads

GPU: if possible, i can settle with the GPU im currently using then buy a new one when i have additional savings

RAM: KINGSTON HYPERX FURY 16GB SINGLE DDR4 3200MHZ

hard drive (main/internal): SAMSUNG 870 EVO SSD 1TB SATA

cooler: the budget COOLER MASTER HYPER 212 or ??? - im just a basic salaryman and have no aircon at home. so i want to make sure my cooler can do its job adequately even running multiple prog/app (like a game, stream app & youtube/twitch all at the same time). i just dont want to shock myself someday finding out that there is a burn mark on one of the parts due to high temp or overheat

power supply: as long as it covers all the watts needed and if those fancy lights take some small watts, be covered as well

case: im not after visual design or something with cool lights

i really dont have any idea which of which is compatible to one another. i also see items of the same spec like 8 core, 16gb ram, 1tb ssd but different prices and i dont have any idea why.

i noticed that my PC is experiencing slow down when i run an android 5 nox emu on top of my game (Genshin Impact or Dota 2). or when i tries streaming, its horribly laggy even though internet connection is fine (sample stream video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gd68j90sR0c). in my end, its not the same as seen in the video which is very horrible but i experienced delay when switching char. i believe my PC is short on number of core

i do have secondary hard drive on my current PC which is 1tb non-ssd and its almost full so im planning to buy a bigger one. can i add a 3rd hard drive?
