Dell Optiplex 7050 Big Sur Installer Error

• RAM: Kingston 2x16 GB, 2133 MHz, DDR4 SDRAM
• Motherboard: Dell Inc. 0XHGV1 (A00)
• Chipset: Intel 200 Series LPC (Q270) – A306
• Audio: Intel
• Ethernet: Intel I219-LM
• Storage: Kingston 2TB SATA SSD
• BIOS: v1.15.1

Can someone help as to how this error can be resolved?

I tried both Catalina and Big Sur installers but the same error is popping up?

It is something to do with the disk partition? I erased the drive and set it to MacOS Journaled format. The error persists in all cases.
