Can I install macos on any laptop? Is there a way to install it from an iso file?

I have the lenovo ideapad 320 (Intel core i7 8550u + NVidia mx150), would I be able to make it work? Is it possible to install it without needing a macbook (maybe from a usb with an iso)? Will it run OK, like in apple's macs? I'm very new to this hackintosh idea....
