Big Sur help

Hey friends,

I’ve been trying to upgrade from Catalina to Big Sur, and am running into some issues.

I followed the guide closely, created the usb - but for some reason, I don’t get a boot menu off of that usb; I have to use an old one I created.

So I do that and then put the Big Sur flash in, and it hangs on the Apple logo with no loading bar.

I followed the guide and have a new config, appropriate kexts, boot args, etc..

Any thoughts or suggestions?
